1. How does the bouncy castle stay up?
It is plugged into an electric blower, which then plugs into an electric socket at the premises (we provide a long extension lead). As long as it is switched on at the electric plug the castle will stay up. If you need to deflate the castle, simply unplug it from the socket.
2. How much does the electricity cost approximately for a days hire?
It is estimated to cost between 50p - £1.00 for electricity for a day.
3. How long does it take to set up?
To unpack everything, carry through to garden/hall, inflate and check, usually takes about 20 minutes. To take it all down again takes about 30 minutes.
4. Will it fit in my back garden?
We need about a 3 foot clear access route to get the castle into your garden - we have to take it through on a sacktruck due to its weight, so please make sure there is room! It is not easy to push it through a house due to furniture, carpets etc, so please take this into consideration. Once in the garden, we need about 3 foot around all the sides for the electricity, blower etc.
5. What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Please make sure that any paths, hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc. and that grass, patio areas etc. are free of any sharp objects/debris or rubbish (inc. Animal poo !!). We will need access to an electricity power point within 25 meters.
